Kim's work is a variety of fashion, beauty, and commercial photography. She enjoys the intermingling of the shutter and the psychology of bringing out emotion and truth from her subjects using her lens.   

 

Originally hailing from Southern California, Kim attended Cal State Northridge, receiving her BA in Photography. Shortly after, Kim moved to New York, where she spent the next 5 years freelancing and assisting under some of the city's best commercial and fashion photographers. These experiences led her to gain work with local clothing brands, recording artists, including group art shows, and the eventual publishing of her first coffee table book entitled Girl About Town.

 

Now, back in Los Angeles, Kim continues her commercial photography and expands her portfolio to include videography and Still Unit Photography for TV & Film!
